Ordering Supplies
As a humm™ customer we’ve made ordering, sending and managing your testing supplies simple, easy and free!
1. Login to humm™
2. Click the ‘Order Supplies’ link
3. Select the quantity of supplies required
4. Check your address and modify if needed
5. Click ‘Order Now’
6. Once we receive your order, we’ll courier the supplies directly to the address supplied. Supplies will arrive in 1-2 days for urban addresses and 3-4 days for rural addresses.

Question: How long will my supplies take to arrive?
Answer: Please allow 1-2 days for urban addresses and 3-4 days for rural addresses. If your supplies haven’t arrived after 5 days please call us on 0800 11 77 66 or email sales@ecrotek.co.nz
Question: How many pottles, bags and labels do I need?
Answer: One pottle per sample
One pre-paid courier bag for up to 12 sample pottles
One label sheet per order
Question: Can I use my own courier bags and pottles?
Answer: Yes, although we highly recommend sending samples in leakproof plastic containers. Sending samples in glass jars is not advise due to risk of breakage.
